                    ALL SIZES ARE APPROXIMATE, PLEASE ASK IF EXACT SIZES ARE NECESSARY.

                    All specimens are guaranteed to arrive  alive and by appearance be in good condition , when shipped by

                   UPS Next Day Air .  We must be notified within  24 hours  of receipt of shipment if there are

                    any problems.   Dead on arrivals must be kept frozen until further notice.

                    We can send a INVOICE for payment  throuhg PayPal (you don't have to be a member)

                    Complete address  and phone number required No shipment will be shipped without your phone number.

                     All orders must be paid in advance with  Cashiers Check ,Postal  Money Order , or by PayPal.

                     Texas orders must add 6.25% sales tax .

 We will hold stock  10 days weighting for payment ,after that the stock may be sold to someone else.

 Add  $ 50.00  packing , handling and freight charge on all orders , 5 lbs or less.

We  ship by UPS Next Day Air prepaid freight, to a street address , there must be someone

there to accept the shipment.

 * Turtles & Tortoises under 4 inches can not be sold for pets in the U.S.A.

The buyer agrees that  All turtles with a carapace under four inches are being sold for bona fide scientific,

 educational,  exibitional purposes,  or for export., in accordance with F.D.A. regulation 1240.62
